Decide if Equity Release is right for you and your family

Once you have all of the facts and figures to hand, it is up to you if you go ahead or not. Fill in the forms
We will complete all forms and documentation as much as we can. Anything that we have to leave for you to do, we are more than happy to help you with.
Finalising the process
A valuation of your property will be undertaken. Following this, if an equity release plan is to be offered, a formal offer letter will be sent to you.
Receive the money you have unlocked
After accepting the offer, completion will take approximately six weeks and your money will be sent to you by your solicitor.
